We all go through rough patches in life where we are unsure of what to do and how to respond. Cynthia re-taught me the importance of thinking before I respond, (not to react) also, to remember who God created me to be in Him. She is a Very positive and loving woman who’s love of God shines through her and her ministry. I can not say enough about how wonderful that I think she is.

She (Cynthia) understands her role as a coach by listening to the client, assessing the needs, then offering advice and suggestions to help the client meet their needs. A coach is not able to do the work of the player, in this case, the client. A coach sees the overall picture and helps guide the team to their goal. Cynthia does this well.

I was a Team Leader for a group that Cynthia facilitated. Her open generous personality quickly set the ladies at ease. I found her to be gracious and compassionate drawing them out. With wisdom coupled with discernment she helped the ladies to recognize solutions for some very difficult situations. One other very important quality I appreciated is her commitment to confidentiality. I look forward to sharing in a group with her again soon.

I worked with Cynthia before I met my church family and I found through her counsel she helped me understand how important it is to not live in the past. She has a gentle, loving demeanor and I felt she was trust worthy.

Cynthia is very professional with her job. She always follows through and completes what needs to be done. She is easy to talk to and communicates well to address whatever issue arises. She advises and counsels well with all ages from kindergarten to older adults with ease and directness. I would recommend her to others and will be seeing her, myself, again.

My experience with Cynthia was amazing. I can’t even begin to fully express in words how much she helped me. I would only say that meeting online is pretty tough. Sometimes we had a bad connection and that can make it difficult to have the best possible conversation. If there is any way to improve the tool or network connection, that would be awesome. Really just a technical thing. Cynthia was a life-saver for me, and my life is of a far higher quality now.

I’ve never known anyone as uplifting, honest, and as loving as Cynthia. Her heartfelt approach to every individual, young and old, is so refreshing to experience. My ability to walk with confidence in myself and with God has grown exponentially since she has entered my life. I’m truly blessed to have her not only as a mentor, but also now as a lifelong friend. She is so inspiring and full of exceptional grace. Truly a gem among us, so prepare to be amazed.

I have been seeing Cynthia Marquez for about a year and a half now and I couldn’t begin to tell you what she’s done for me! She told me from the beginning that she would tell me what I needed to hear and not what I wanted to hear. That promise has held true, it hasn’t always been easy to hear but it has been worth it! Cynthia has given me the skills I need to set healthy boundaries in my life. She has always been professional, caring and kind. Even though I have made great gains from seeing her, I will continue to make and keep my appointed sessions because of the coach/counselor that she is. On a personal level I love this woman! She has cared for me through my ugly and showed me how to embrace my beauty, inside and out.

Whether I was going through something tough or had a big decision to make Cynthia was able to have me see the bigger picture. She never pushed anything on me and was able to put herself in my shoes.
